Tomato pulav

Ingredients: Basmathi Rice - 1 cup Tomato puree - 1 cup(Prepare tomato pulp or puree by griding ripe,red tomatoes in a mixier griender) Small onions - 10 Garlic - 6 flakes Ginger - 1 inch piece Cooked fresh peas - 1/4 cup Red chilly powder - 1/2 tablespoon Cashew paste - 1 table spoon oil - 1 1/2 tablespoon Green chillies - 2 Bay leaf - 2 cinnamon - 1 inch piece cloves - 4 cardamom - 4 Water - 1 cup Salt - 2 teaspoons Method: 1. Take a vessel. Pour the 1 cup puree prepared and add 1 cup water to it. Soak the rice in this mixture for 10 mins. 2. Heat little ghee, oil in kadai and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and cardamon and green chilies(cut it slit wise). Add 1/2 tablespoon chilly powder. 3.
